Renaud specialises in corporate law, focusing on domestic and international M&A transactions, particularly leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions alongside private equity funds, entrepreneurs, business founders, family and private groups and/or managers in their acquisition, fund raising and disposal transactions. He has experience in management packages, corporate group reorganisations, debt restructurings and the setting up of joint ventures and commercial partnerships.

Renaud is a native French speaker, is fluent in English, is a member of the Paris Bar and holds a DEA in business law (Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne).

Renaud is admitted to the Paris Bar.
