Dimitri has a strong experience in operational and financial restructurings of insolvent companies, both in the context of out-of-court and formal insolvency proceedings in France. He advises all types of stakeholders such as debtors, investors, shareholders and creditors. He assists companies as well as natural individuals, in the context of commercial and banking litigation or potential liability cases.

- Advising foreign investors or industrial groups willing to invest or disinvest in France in a context of insolvency proceedings
- Advising public listed companies such as Europlasma (operating numerous applications of plasma torch) or Neovacs (French biotech company focused on the development therapeutic vaccines for the treatment of autoimmune diseases) during insolvency proceedings
- Advising a French subsidiary of a Spanish group in a context of cross-border insolvency under European Union regulation on Insolvency proceedings
