Titilope acts for landowners, developers and investors on all aspects of planning, highways and environmental law. She negotiates planning agreements with local authorities and has experience in planning appeals and enforcement cases. Titilope provides planning advice in respect of heritage buildings, material changes of use and Community Infrastructure Levy, as well as providing planning due diligence on real estate and corporate transactions.
Titilope is admitted to practice in England and Wales.

Negotiating and drafting section 106 agreements for residential developers and landowners, including those for a strategic land development in West Yorkshire.

Assisting on applications for development consent orders in respect of nationally significant infrastructure projects, including advice on change applications, the drafting of orders and protective provisions with utilities.

Acting for a landowner in defending a judicial review of a planning permission for a major residential development

Undertaking planning due diligence on land purchases (including ultra-high value residential properties) and corporate transactions.
