She has acquired expertise in a range of sectors including renewable energy, healthcare, technology, hospitality, media and retail and consumer products.
Sarah specialises in corporate transactional work and commercial contracts, and regularly advises clients on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, joint ventures, strategic investments, corporate set-ups and restructuring, software agreements, commercial agencies, distribution arrangements, franchising, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Experience
- Advised a leading Abu-Dhabi based investment group in respect of the distressed acquisition of a healthcare solutions provider, which was a wholly-owned subsidiary of NMC Healthcare.
- Acted for a large GCC group, which is one of the world’s leading brand franchise operators, on a joint venture spanning across the GCC with a popular food delivery platform.
- Represented a major UAE investor on the purchase of various assets throughout the UAE in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
- Advised a joint venture of two of the world’s leading financial services companies on the acquisitions of several portfolios of non-performing loans from some of the largest global retail banks.
