Sadok specialises in complex commercial litigation. Sadok advises and represents French and international clients in a wide range of sectors, and more specifically in the automobile industry and service industries. He assists clients on all aspects of economic and commercial relations, intervening both at the stage of contract formation, their execution, and at the termination of established commercial relations. Sadok is also involved in restructuring issues. He is a graduate of the University of Panthéon-Assas Paris II and ESCP Business School and is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
Sadok is admitted to the Paris Bar.
