Robin is a commercial property partner specialising in development work. He has particularly deep experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in large and complex development projects, often in the mixed-use and regeneration arenas.
Robin's clients value his hands-on approach to advising throughout the entire development lifecycle, which has led to the successful conclusion of numerous award-winning schemes under his leadership. He is the firm’s client relationship partner for Helical plc, Land Sec, Londonewcastle, Bellway Homes, Berkeley Group, Higgins Group, Taylor Wimpey and Crest Nicholson.
Robin is recognised as a ‘Leading Lawyer’ by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Experience
- Acting for housebuilder Bellway Homes in the joint venture with Lambeth Riverside, on a £109 million tenant-backed estate regeneration in South London. This multi-million-pound investment will create new homes in a more attractive and safer neighbourhood. This was Bellway’s first zone 1 joint venture signifying their growing investment in central London
- Advising Lum Chang Holdings on the purchase, and the sale of part of Kelaty House for a JV between two Singaporean listed property companies. Kelaty House will comprise of a 300-bed Apartment Hotel and 600-bed student accommodation arranged within five separate buildings over an underground basement car park. The role involved the sale of part with complex development obligations, reservations, estate management and transfer documents
- Advising Taylor Wimpey and London & Quadrant on the £300 million+ acquisition of Chobham Manor, a mixed-use scheme that marks the first phase of the redevelopment of the Olympic Park
