Nathan's experience includes private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and corporate reorganisations. He has experience of many industry sectors but has a particular interest in the healthcare sector.

Experience
- Advised US-based growth equity firm Mainsail Partners in its $63 million growth equity investment in MirrorWeb, a leader in the digital communications archiving, supervision and surveillance software space serving financial services firms, governments and other regulated industries across the globe.
- Acted as UK counsel for Joachim Herz Foundation, one of Germany’s largest foundations, on the acquisition of a minority stake in Weidmüller Holding AG & Co. KG, a global leader in the areas of electronic connection technology, industrial automation and digitalization as well as the industrial Internet of Things. The Weidmüller Group is based in Germany and had sales of approximately EUR 1.1 billion in 2023, with around 6,000 employees based in some 80 countries worldwide.
- Acted for Lovett Care on its acquisition of a group of bespoke luxury care homes.
- Acted for Live Group, a global events and communications agency, on an investment by Foresight Ventures.
- Acted for Entrepreneurial Food Group on the sale of Zorba Foods and SK Chilled Foods to PAI-backed Compleat.
- Acted for Spanish aerospace business Aciturri, on its acquisition of Malichaud Atlantique from Chromalloy, a French provider of maintenance, manufacturing and repair services for gas turbine engines.
- Acted for the sellers of CRGH, London’s largest private fertility clinic, to CVC-backed FutureLife.
- Acted for Lum Chang, the Singaporean construction company, on the £54m disposal of a mixed-use development in north-west London to Crosstree.
- Advised Hong Kong-listed Symphony Holdings Limited on the $28 million disposal of its Pony international footwear brand, in part to Iconix Brand Group and in part to a new joint venture between Symphony and Iconix.
- Acted for Farfetch on its joint venture with Clipper, the logistics provider.
- Acting for the shareholders of a care home group on their disposal of 31 homes.
