Naomi advises clients on complex and challenging residential property transactions and refinances. She has wide experience in acquisitions, disposals and financing of rural property and property portfolios. Naomi acts on the investment and development of super prime residential properties through Joint Ventures.

She regularly works with private clients and family businesses on the acquisition, disposal and management of Historic Buildings being used as Hotels and with Landed Estates on the development and management of events venues.

Naomi specialises in venue use agreements and filming agreements for Landed Estates and Country Houses, having gained unique experience on secondment at The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Limited.

She has worked closely with Historic Houses to provide advice for their members on using Historic Houses for filming.

Naomi is recognised as a 'Leading Individual' by The Legal 500, and is ranked in Chambers.

Naomi is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

Experience

  • Advising a joint venture between Henley Healthcare and Topland Group on various property purchases with simultaneous leases to Housing Associations and subsequent large portfolio (circa 80 Properties) sales
  • Advising Topland Group on a variety of Real Estate lending
  • Advising Landed Estate and Historic House owners on the commercial real estate aspects of their estates, including event agreements and filming agreements
  • Advising private investors and families on investments into and sales of Hotels
  • Advising an international fund on the development of a hotel in Lagos, Nigeria
  • Completing a two-and-a-half year secondment as the senior property lawyer at the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games
