Mike is a Knowledge Development Lawyer, which is a senior position in the Firm, equivalent to Senior Associate status for fee earners. His role includes preparation of precedents and online practice tools, providing technical training to fee earners and keeping the division up to date with the latest legal developments.

Experience

  • Prior to this, Mike was a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Corporate team. His experience includes advising on mergers & acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and advisory matters.
