My practice is grounded in providing commercial advice to reduce litigation exposure and offering transactional guidance on M&A, SPA, and outsourcing deals.
I specialise in collective redundancies and restructurings, and I excel in resolving employment-related disputes. I understand the critical importance of diversity and inclusion, recruitment, and retention of key personnel. Additionally, I conduct HR audits to identify and address areas for improvement. This includes implementing change and transformation programmes that benchmark against best practices for data protection, whistleblowing, well-being, and respect policies.
