My practice is grounded in providing commercial advice to reduce litigation exposure and offering transactional guidance on M&A, SPA, and outsourcing deals.

I specialise in collective redundancies and restructurings, and I excel in resolving employment-related disputes. I understand the critical importance of diversity and inclusion, recruitment, and retention of key personnel. Additionally, I conduct HR audits to identify and address areas for improvement. This includes implementing change and transformation programmes that benchmark against best practices for data protection, whistleblowing, well-being, and respect policies.

Employers with international operations face unique challenges, and I recognise the need to manage risks and maximise opportunities in their people strategies while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. My approach is tailored to navigate these complexities effectively.

Recognised for my expertise in employment law, I am ranked as a Partner in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, and have been interviewed in national media including news channels for my employment law expertise.

I am admitted to practise in England and Wales.

  • Acting for a FTSE 100  and many other similar international businesses with regard to global restructurings and redundancies 
  • Acting  for global sports organisations, teams and federations across a range of employment advice, reviews and audits
  • Acting for international retailers to provide TUPE and related collective bargaining advice, avoiding UK wide industrial action
  • Gender pay reporting, NMW audits, positive action planning and implementing culture change programmes across a wide spectrum of sectors
  • Advising on the discrimination challenges as well as policy/protocols and staff training needed when using AI tools within the business 
  • Advising on a range of board room appointments and negotiating terms for the termination of senior executives as well as team moves and injunctive relief
