Lisa focuses on all aspects of matrimonial law, including divorce and separation, child care and custody matters, financial applications, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, injunctions, relocation and removal applications, wardship, applications in relation to child abduction under the Hague Convention. She also advises on matters in relation to surrogacy, parental orders and jurisdictional disputes, as well as same-sex relationship disputes.
An accredited mediator, Lisa is devoted to helping divorce couples resolve their differences and make future arrangements amicably, which has led to her becoming a trained Collaborative Practitioner. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Hong Kong Family Law Association. Lisa is the Vice Treasurer of the Hong Kong Collaborative Practice Group, and also a member of the Family Law Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong. She is a fellow member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
Lisa is one of the authors to Vol 6(1) of the Halsbury's Laws of Hong Kong ‘Children and Young Persons’ (second edition 2021) and ‘Hong Kong Practical Guidance on Fostering and Adoption’ published by LexisNexis.
Lisa has received accolades as a 'Leading Family & Divorce Lawyer (Hong Kong)' from Doyle's Guide 2024. She has also been named a 'Leading Individual in Family/Matrimonial Law (China)' in the Chambers Greater China Region 2024 and Chambers and Partners High Net Worth 2024. Additionally, the Legal 500 Asia Pacific has recognised her as a 'Leading Individual in the Private Client and Family (Hong Kong)'.
Lisa is admitted to practise in Hong Kong. She is fluent in English and Cantonese, conversational in Putonghua.
