About

Lauren is an Associate solicitor in our Real Estate Disputes team

She deals with a broad range of matters but frequently in relation to property related professional negligence claims, landlord & tenant disputes and in connection with property fraud allegations. 

Lauren has considerable experience advising clients on a wide range of property issues from recovery of rent arrears through to complex property related unregulated collective investment schemes. 

Lauren is admitted to practise in England and Wales and is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association. 

Experience

  • Acting for a group of 97 claimants seeking to recover millions in connection with a fractional property investment scheme which involved issuing proceedings against the investors’ solicitors and multiple insurers for negligent advice.
  • Acting for three claimants in a complex and high-value investment dispute involving allegations by our clients including unlawful means conspiracy, deceit and forgery.
  • Acting for tenants following a landlord forfeiting their leases, including by issuing County Court proceedings for a declaration that the forfeiture was unlawful or, in the alternative, for relief from forfeiture.
