Kathryn has broad experience in both contentious and non-contentious work and acts for clients across a range of sectors with a particular expertise in media, film, TV, sport, games and technology. She has worked extensively on international employment matters, managing projects including global talent management, recruitment and retention strategies, and co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional re-structuring projects.
Kathryn advises clients on a diverse range of employment and HR matters, including contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievances, internal investigations, employment status, diversity and inclusion, mediation and employment litigation, and redundancy and restructuring processes. She acts for global organisations, SMEs, founder-led start-ups, and senior executives, focusing on her clients’ businesses, culture and objectives in order to provide pragmatic and commercial solutions and advice. Kathryn's experience spans private, public, and quasi-public sector environments.
