About

Katherine advises developers and contractors on a wide range of construction projects. Katherine has experience throughout the life cycle of construction projects, primarily on non-contentious matters, from procurement advice through to negotiation of project documents.

Katherine has particular experience advising office developers and landlords, including central London office and mixed-use developments.

Katherine Keenan is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

Experience

  • Advising Derwent London on the sale of its 192,700 sq. ft interest in the Johnson Building, 77 Hatton Garden and 5-7 Cross Street EC1.

  • Advising Derwent London on the mixed-use redevelopment of 19-35 Baker Street.

  • Advising a major retailer on the fit out of their head office in Central London.

  • Advising the developer of an industrial processing plant.

  • Advising a sub-contractor on a major tunnel project in London.
