Kate advises clients on will and trust disputes and has particular expertise in disputes about property and land, such as proprietary estoppel disputes and unjust enrichment claims.

Kate is experienced in advising clients on a range of contested will validity claims (including claims of undue influence and capacity) and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims. Kate also advises clients on removal of trustee/executor applications and trust disputes. Kate has particular experience in advising clients on claims in respect of jointly owned property assets, proprietary estoppel claims and unjust enrichment claims.

Kate acts for individuals, trustees, executors and charities based in the UK and abroad, regarding UK assets and also cross-border estates. Kate advises deputies, attorneys and individuals on Lasting Powers of Attorneys and misappropriation of asset claims.

Kate is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
