Jessica is currently a Trainee Solicitor.

About

Jessica has experience across a range of different sectors. She has previously completed rotations in the Firm’s Real Estate Disputes, Corporate and Tax, Trusts & Succession teams, and is currently in the Private Client team in our Geneva office.

Alongside her work, Jessica assists the Firm’s Pro Bono practice on our Windrush Legal Initiative and our Kids In Need of Defence (KIND) justice project.

Jessica is studying for her LLB in Legal Practice at The University of Law and will qualify as a solicitor in 2026.  

Experience

  • Assisting on various corporate transactions including private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and capital market transactions.
  • Assisting high net worth individuals with their UK lifetime tax planning. Drafting complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and trust documentation. 
  • Acting for clients on disputes relating to commercial and residential property.
