I work with some of the most exciting and innovative businesses in the world, ranging from international sports and retail brands to the best food and beverage operations you’d be fortunate enough to dine in. Technology is increasingly prevalent in all the sectors I work in, and I have expertise in outsourcing, managed services, logistics, procurement, and licensing.
I have significant experience in sport, and I can advise clients on sponsorship, digital media, merchandising, endorsements, and event management work. I am the relationship partner for several key sports clients, including sports brands, governing bodies, teams, and sports agencies.
I was a director and the secretary of the British Association for Sports and Law, a visiting lecturer at De Montfort University on sports contract matters and head of the AEL (Association of European Lawyers) Sports Law Special Interest Group.
My retail practice focuses on marketing and advertising, partnerships, franchising, distribution, supply and logistics, and the use of technology to enhance the consumer experience and improve supply chain efficiencies. Clients in the retail space include brands, restaurant chains and manufacturers.
I am passionate about helping businesses and teams develop and grow. I pride myself on being responsive, strategic, and approachable, not simply a great black letter lawyer. I’m genuinely fascinated by assisting and connecting people and finding creative and practical solutions to their legal challenges.
As a director of our family pharmaceutical business, I gained invaluable insight into business operations and strategy. I was also fortunate enough to be seconded to Samaritans for a period recently, a wonderful organisation close to my heart and doing amazing things.
