Izzie advises on many aspects of UK employment law, acting for both employers and employees and advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Izzie advises on litigation in the Employment Tribunal, including claims relating to discrimination and unfair dismissal. Izzie also has experience of advising in relation to settlement agreements, redundancies, preparing policies and staff handbooks and drafting, negotiating and enforcing contracts of employment.
