Hannah has experience covering all aspects of family law and has gained particular experience in advising on nuptial agreements, financial settlements on divorce and dissolution, complex private law children issues and international surrogacy arrangements.
She has extensive experience advising on private law children issues, including child arrangements and complex leave to remove applications. She is particularly adept at working with vulnerable clients.
She also has a particular interest in advising on matters where there are domestic and international pension arrangements.
Hannah often advises on high value financial cases where there are international elements. She has worked on cases spanning numerous jurisdictions including Australia, Belgium, Cyprus, Finland, France, Georgia, India, Italy, Pakistan, Spain, Switzerland, the USA and Ukraine.
She is also very involved with the firm’s extensive pro-bono offering and acts as a mentor.
