About
Giverny advises philanthropists, charities, and other third sector bodies on a wide range of governance and commercial matters. Her work in this field is rooted in a long-standing affinity for music and the arts: she has particular experience advising cultural organisations and grant-making bodies and in working closely with the Charity Commission on a variety of applications including the establishment of new charities. Giverny advises widely on governance, constitutional issues, organisational policies, regulation, fundraising, trading and international operations, mergers and other structural or commercial collaborations, and enjoys supporting philanthropists and corporates in their charitable giving. Giverny qualified as a Solicitor at an international law firm in 2022 and spent two years developing her practice in a specialist charities team before joining the Firm in 2024.
Giverny is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
