About
Frédéric specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. He assists French and foreign clients in high value and complex disputes before arbitral tribunals, French courts and alternative dispute resolution bodies. He advises and assists investors in investment disputes and particularly in the enforcement of guarantees, breach of negotiations, officers' liability and disputes between shareholders. Frédéric has extensive experience of pre-litigation and litigation in the banking area as well as liability suits against investment services providers. He also devotes a significant part of his time to liability disputes (industrial risk and contracts).
Frédéric is admitted to the Paris Bar.
Experience
- Acting on behalf English IT group of companies in defending a tort liability claim for wrongful breach of negotiations
- Acting in an ICC arbitration on behalf of an English distribution Company against a Czech industrial group (Czech law applicable)
- Acting in a CMAP arbitration on behalf of shareholders of a French Group of companies in the context of a shareholders dispute relating to the enforcement of promises to sell
- Assisting a State before French criminal courts in order to recover stolen paintings in a public museum of fine arts
