Francesca has experience in dealing with and settling Employment Tribunal litigation, including claims relating to unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination. In addition, her non-contentious experience includes providing day-to-day advisory support to employers across a variety of sectors and drafting and advising on settlement agreements, contracts of employment, service agreements, consultancy agreements, and company policies and procedures. She also has experience advising on grievance and disciplinary processes and small and large-scale redundancies.
Francesca also advises on corporate transactions, including share sales/purchases and asset transfers, and supports the Corporate team with due diligence and drafting key provisions for transactional documents.
Framcesca is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
