Erell advises French and non-French tax residents, company managers of private and family groups, and high net worth individuals, on a large variety of tax and estate issues covering: private and business assets' organization, Owner Buy Out and Leverage Buy Out, remuneration structuring (dual contracts, stock options, free shares etc.), devolution of a client's wealth to their families, wealth tax issues, acquisition of French real estate property and transfer of tax residency abroad. Erell contributed to the setup of Sarrau Thomas Couderc Law Firm for which she has been working for since 2005, after having first joined Stéphane de Lassus's formal family business team in the Landwell PWC Law Firm. Erell joined the firm in 2013.
Erell holds a Tax PhD (2004 - University Paris II Panthéon Assas). She often publishes articles about tax issues (Juriclasseur, Edition Lamy, etc.) and teaches twice a year at the Paris-Dauphine University together with Stéphane de Lassus (international tax law).
