About

Elena has wide experience in advising international clients with a UK connection, whether through residence, domicile or property ownership. Elena advises on UK tax issues and on regularisation with HMRC where necessary, as well as in relation to planning for the future and having an appropriate succession plan in place, often across multiple jurisdictions.

Elena also advises individuals on moving to the UK and issues to consider regarding family structures such as trusts and companies, which may not have been established with UK tax considerations in mind. Elena has also assisted with a range of cross-border probate matters.  Elena has extensive experience working with trustees of non-UK resident trusts and advises on general trust law issues and the preparation of bespoke trust documentation.
