Dhara advises clients on all aspects of family law, including relationship breakdown and divorce, financial disputes, private children law and nuptial agreements.

About

Dhara is an Associate in the Family team. She advises on all issues arising from relationship breakdown. She has experience acting for high-net worth clients in complicated financial remedy proceedings, often with an international element.

Dhara also advises clients on all aspects of private law children matters, and she has experience negotiating pre and post-nuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation agreements.

Dhara is a member of Resolution, an organisation committed to resolving family law issues in a non-confrontational and constructive manner.

Dhara is admitted to practise in England and Wales.

  • Advising on a number of complex financial disputes involving significant family business assets and properties in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Advising on complex jurisdiction disputes, including issues regarding domicile and habitual residence.
  • Acting in a number of children cases, including dealing with safeguarding concerns and international relocation.
