Debbie manages the Firm’s Social Impact programme which focusses on using the skills and experience of our people to have a positive impact on society. The Pro Bono Practice provides free legal advice to help disadvantaged groups to get access to justice and to support charities and social enterprises. The Firm’s Community Investment initiatives use our non-legal skills and expertise to build the capacity of our charity partners and help them deliver services for their beneficiaries. Social mobility is also a key focus of our work, helping young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds to understand more about careers in professional services and access opportunities in the sector.
Debbie has worked in Responsible Business roles, mainly in the legal sector, for over 15 years, with experience across charitable partnerships, community programmes, and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
