Christophe has a contentious and non-contentious practice. He conducts litigation and arbitration proceedings before the Swiss courts and arbitral forums with particular emphasis on company, commercial and private client disputes.
He also advises entrepreneurs, families and sports individuals on cross-border private client, commercial (notably Swiss real estate transactions) and sports matters. He frequently works with clients who are living in, or looking to relocate to, Switzerland.
Christophe is fluent in French, German and English.
Christophe is admitted to practise in Switzerland and holds a CAS in arbitration from the Swiss Arbitration Academy.
