About
Bethany qualified as a Solicitor in August 2024 after completing her training contract with the Firm. She deals with a wide variety of private client matters, including the preparation of wills, lifetime and post-death tax planning, probate, trust and estate administration. During her training contract, Bethany also had the benefit of spending six months with our specialist Private Wealth Disputes team.
Bethany is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
Experience
- Drafting wills for high net worth clients, with a view to protecting their wealth for future generations through use of will trusts and other estate planning measures.
- Assisting executors with the estate administration process, from registering the death, investigating the deceased’s assets, applying for probate, collecting in the assets and making distributions to beneficiaries.
- Dealing with matters relating to incapacity – for example, drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and preparing Court of Protection applications.
