Bella Stuart-Bourne

Bella is an Associate in the Real Estate Disputes team. Prior to qualification, Bella spent a year with the team as a trainee.

About

As a junior member of the team, Bella assists everyone and gets involved with a wide variety of matters. Recent experience includes working for two private individuals in a claim based on the provisions of the Water Resources Act 1991 (similar to Compulsory Purchase work in relation to the compensation assessment and entitlement), and acting for landlords in respect of various dilapidations cases.

Bella has attended Court on numerous occasions, from matters such as obtaining a Writ of Restitution within possession proceedings, to achieving a freezing injunction for a company client. Other recent experience includes landlord and tenant work, boundary issues and property finance disputes. Bella advises in relation to both residential and commercial property.

Bella is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
