About
Amy has experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, including private M&A, venture capital, intra-group reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.
Whilst she works with clients across a wide range of industries, Amy has a particular interest in the Sports sector and has worked on a number of transactions in this area, including club takeovers, private equity investments, joint ventures and sponsorship matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Amy also completed a secondment at The Football Association, where she assisted with various commercial and regulatory matters.
Amy is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
Experience
- Advised Tempur Sealy International on the acquisition of Dreams and associated subsidiaries for $475m.
- Assisted with private equity investments by CVC Capital Partners into the sports sector, including into (i) the Six Nations Championship and (ii) the United Rugby Championship.
- Acted for DAZN Limited on the cross-border merger of two members of the DAZN Group under The Companies (Cross-Border Mergers) Regulations 2007.
- Worked on the acquisitions of a number of English football clubs, with experience both buy-side and sell-side.
- Advised Eight Roads Ventures on the $34m series B funding round in Smol Limited.
- Advised Snap, Inc. (the holding company of Snapchat) on its intra-group reorganisation.
