Alexia Egger Castillo has wide experience in advising international clients with a Swiss connection. Her main areas of practice include taxation, as well as estate and asset protection planning at both domestic and international levels. She frequently advises ultra-high net worth individuals and families that have interests in Switzerland.
Alexia advises families, entrepreneurs, financial intermediaries and athletes on a range of private wealth matters, including cross-border taxation, succession planning and wealth structuring. Her practice also includes the regularisation of untaxed assets particularly where there is a multi-jurisdictional dimension, as well as conducting tax procedures before authorities and courts.
She also advises individuals on relocating to Switzerland, as well as on the creation, maintenance and winding up of foundations, associations, trusts and other similar structures.
Alexia is admitted to practise in Switzerland and is a full member of the International Fiscal Association and Geneva Bar Association. She is based in our Geneva office.
