Alex is an Associate within the Private Wealth Disputes team advising on disputes involving challenges to Wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, proprietary estoppel and breach of trust matters. Alex also has experience in cases involving allegations of lack of testamentary capacity, undue influence and want of knowledge and approval. Alex primarily acts for private individuals including executors, trustees and beneficiaries in their capacity as claimants and defendants. Alex also has experience in advising charity clients in relation to contentious probate disputes.
