Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Hudl UK, Limited on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of StatsBomb Services UK.
Hudl is a global leader in cloud-based solutions for video and data integration in the sports industry. Hudl’s integrated suite of video and data products, including smart AI cameras and wearables serve 230,000 sports teams across 40 sports--from grassroots to professional leagues.
Founded as a blog in 2013, StatsBomb has grown into a global data business, offering advanced sports data solutions primarily for football and, more recently, American football.
