Charles Russell Speechlys Business School Inspire programme granted Institute Approved status by the Institute of Leadership

Karen Stages, Director of HR at Charles Russell Speechlys: “We are delighted to announce that our Inspire programme (for Partners, Legal Directors, and Senior Managers) has been granted Institute Approved status by the Institute of Leadership.

Karen continues: “Our development programmes are available to everyone in the Firm and focus on core business and professional development skills to set our people up to thrive in their career. Well done to the entire team for achieving this accreditation.”

Paul Vissian, Head of Learning and Development at Charles Russell Speechlys says: “The Charles Russell Speechlys’ Business School purpose is to Inspire our people to achieve their full potential. Our programmes are designed at all levels of the business, with our lawyers and Business Services professionals learning alongside each other, building networks, and collaborating with colleagues.”

He goes on to say; “This accolade is external recognition of all that the Charles Russell Speechlys Business School has achieved since launching almost three years ago and the partnership between the Firm and The Institute will enable us to continue to build our leadership development potential in the Firm for the future.”
