Charles Russell Speechlys advises Atkins on the sale of its Scandinavian engineering Services business to Systra

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Atkins (part of the SNC-Lavalin Group) a long-standing client of the firm, on the sale of its Scandinavian Engineering Services business to Systra Group.

Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. Atkins, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, is one of the world's leading design, engineering and project management organisations, that connects people, data and technology to help clients on a range of complex projects. Systra is itself a transport consulting and engineering firm and a world leader in transport infrastructure.
