Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the owners of CRGH, London’s largest private fertility clinic, on its majority stake sale to FutureLife.
FutureLife is a leading European IVF clinic, backed by CVC and Hartenberg Capital. This transaction will provide a strategic growth platform for FutureLife and CRGH, building on CRGH’s core value of clinical excellence.
FutureLife is one of Europe’s fastest-growing reproduction providers, with over 35 clinics across the globe in eight countries. This transaction expands FutureLife’s presence in the UK IVF market and continues its journey to becoming a pre-eminent provider in IVF treatment.
Founded by IVF pioneer and world-leading fertility expert Dr Paul Serhal, CRGH is the largest private fertility clinic in the London IVF market, performing more than 3,200 egg collections per year. CRGH are well known for delivering excellent clinical service and treatment for their clients.
