Charles Russell Speechlys advises the shareholders of Zenkraft on the sale of the company to Bringg

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the shareholders of Zenkraft, Salesforce's leading parcel and return delivery solutions provider, on the sale of the company to Bringg, an Israel based delivery and fulfilment cloud platform provider.

Zenkraft is an award-winning technology company with locations in London and the US. It supports over 80 carriers worldwide, providing shipping, fulfilment, tracking and returns services, allowing customers to process shipments, generate labels and track packages in real-time. Bringg helps retailers to optimise their logistics operations and last mile delivery services using the Salesforce ecommerce cloud and order management system.

Zenkraft CEO James Lumb commented: “Our combination with Bringg will help Zenkraft continue to grow our ecommerce solutions for the leading global carriers that we support and will allow us to scale up our operations accordingly.
