Charles Russell Speechlys advises Apollo Aerospace Components on acquisition of NYK Component Solutions

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Apollo Aerospace Components, a leading full capability provider of products and associated supply chain management solutions directly to the world’s leading Aerospace and Defence manufacturers and their extensive supply chains, on the acquisition of NYK Component Solutions. The acquisition of NYK, with its extensive connector assembly capability, is a further indication of Apollo’s developing and growing position within the Global Aerospace & Defence Hardware and Electronic component sector.

The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Apollo Aerospace Components is a division of Supply Technologies LLC, a Park‑Ohio Holdings Corporation company (NASDAQ: PKOH).
