Law Middle East interviews Alim Khamis on our Qatar office relocation

In line with our growth strategy and commitment to Qatar, we recently moved our Qatar office north of Doha to Lusail.

The Firm’s office was previously located at Tornado Tower in West Bay, and earlier this year moved to new premises in Burj Al Fardan, a business tower in the Marina District of Lusail City. The official office launch is taking place on May 14.

Speaking to Law Middle East, Alim KhamisPartner and Head of our Qatar office says:

A number of courts and government ministries have recently moved to Lusail and we saw the benefit in doing the same given our dispute resolution capabilities.

The firm’s main drivers in Doha run along the following sectors:  Corporate, construction, dispute resolution, sports law and private wealth, consistent with emergent trends and Qatar’s National Development Strategy setting out a vision for 2030.

Our plans include continued service of our clientele in the above-mentioned sectors and continued growth in resourcing (i.e. further recruitment) with a particular focus on corporate services and construction (transactional and dispute resolution).
