IFLR interviews Shirley Fu on her reasons for joining the Firm

Following the appointment of Shirley Fu in Hong Kong as a Partner (Commercial & Corporate) in the Firm’s Business Advisory & Transaction Services (BATS) team, Shirley takes part in an interview with International Financial Law Review (IFLR).

In the interview, Shirley explains why she decided to join the Firm.

She comments:

I was attracted to Charles Russell Speechlys because of its distinguished reputation in the global market, particularly for its expertise in private capital and its deep commitment to Hong Kong as a key financial hub.

Shirley also explains that the firm caters to high-net-worth individuals, families and their businesses, with a presence in major financial centres across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. She then goes on to discuss some of the key M&A trends in the APAC markets.
