Briefing Magazine quotes Joe Cohen in an article about process improvement in law

How are leading law firms in 2024 practically identifying opportunities to improve either efficiency or service levels? Briefing Magazine explores this question in a new 2024 feature on process improvement within law firms.

The piece explores the recent launch of our Advanced Cient Solutions (ACS) team, and how it places process improvement alongside the likes of legal project management, legal technology, solution development and other forms of 'alternative delivery'. Joe Cohen, Director of Advanced Client Solutions at our Firm, is also quoted in the article alongside three others in the legal sector.

Commenting on the ACS team, Joe explains:

It’s all well signposted to partners, who can recognise challenges with inefficiencies and write-offs for example, and will see the advantage if part of a process is irrevocably changed [...]

"At the same time we’ll be taking deep expertise — not just documents — and leveraging genAI to start to create new products in the private wealth space for which we're well known.

The piece goes on to reference our paralegal strategy, quarterly innovation commities to help drive and champion technology awareness and adoption, regular engagement in the Firm around genAI use, and our 'Russell Up' scheme, in which all trainees must complete an innovation project in each of their rotating seats.
