The Lawyer covers the launch of our new Advanced Client Solutions team
On the back of our Firm announcing the creation of a new 'Advanced Client Solutions' (ACS) team today, made up of a total of ten newly created full-time job roles, Joe Cohen, Director of Advanced Client Solutions, is interviewed by The Lawyer.
The piece looks at how our Firm is investing in its technology and innovation offering, and where the new team fits into that strategy.
The piece notes that "Among the hires will be three software developers and one UX/UI designer, who will help build a suite of subscription-based, revenue-generating software products."
It then goes on to note that "the new department forms on of the three pillars of [Charles Russell Speechlys'] new three-year strategy. The other two will include the firmwide rollout of generative AI, starting with the launch of "Sidekick" and building a culture around innovation." The piece also notes that this culture will start at trainee level and move up to fee-earner innovation objectives, as well as negotiating alternative pricing structures for clients".
The Lawyer also explains that, in order to improve internal adoption, the ACS team will speak to lead partners at the inception of every matter to talk through how the team can aid the deal process and improve efficiency.
