Should nursery fees still be paid if the nursery is ordered to shut?
There are 20,000 independent nurseries in the UK and there seems to be two schools of thought - one that parents do not need to pay if the nursery is shut down and the second that parents are requested to still pay for the space (even if the nursery is still closed).
