We work with a variety of clients including private individuals, family businesses, large corporations and governments. As part of our the training we provide you will experience our diverse practice areas and expertise which will provide you with the opportunity to work with clients in different capacities.

Our trainees are given responsibility and all the resources to get immersed in the work from the outset with a supportive network behind them to guide and aid them through their learning, so you can be comfortable and confident taking on this responsibility.

We help you step into your trainee role with confidence, knowing that you’ll be surrounded by a supervisor, a supportive team, a buddy and our dedicated Early Talent team.

You will also receive support from the Charles Russell Speechlys Business School through our Ignite programme to help develop your softer skills alongside your technical skills.
